This is a provisional enrolment based on the following information being provided to the school:

• A copy of the child’s NZ birth certificate or NZ passport (if NZ citizen).
• Copy of child’s NZ residency permit or valid copy of child’s NZ student visa/permit and parent’s work permit (if the child is not a NZ citizen).
• Preference Certificate – signed by your Parish Priest
• Baptism Certificate
• Immunisation Certificate
